At leighBO, we believe in the power of choice. Our customers are able to choose what outfit they want to wear. We allow customers to always have a new outfit, always have the latest fashion trends, and always look their best.
HOW IT WORKS
Ordering through leighBO is simple and easy. Once you select your clothing, choose the desired period of time you would like to keep your item. The package you will recieve containing your item will also contain a return form and a compacted return box. After wearing the desired outfit, fill out the return form and place both the outfit and the return form in the return box. The box already includes our address and is prepaid.

Do you provide International delivery?
Delivery is avaliable in a select amount of countries. Delivery to countries outside of the United States may face an additional shipping fee.
I used the clothes... Now what?
Once you have finished wearing an item, simply place it in the return box we shipped and send it back. The box is prepaid and our address is already printed. If an item is sent back damaged beyond repair, the customer will be charged an additional replacement fee.
What if there is an issue with the outfit?
Customers have the option to recieve a backup outfit along with the original outfit. If no backup outfit is ordered, simply send back the outfit the same day and your order will be partially refunded. We will send a replacement outfit if desired. Indicate the problem with the order on the return form.
How do I track my order?
We send a confirmation email after the completion of an order. Another email is sent when the outfit is shipped, containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track an order. Orders should arrive the day before the desired arrival date.
Can I extend my time with my outfit?
We allow our customers to keep our outfits as long as they need. We charge a nightly fee for every extra night the outfit is kept. Customers may also permanently purchase outfits by filling out the return form and indicating a purchase.
What are your delivery options?
If a order is placed at least 7 days before the arrival date, a standard shipping fee will apply. If an order is placed between 4-7 days of the arrival date, an express delivery fee will be applied. If an order is placed between 2-3 days of the arrival date, an overnight delivery fee will be applied.
